Reporting a score that looks wrong
This is the most useful message you can send us. Include the date you took it, the score you got, and what you expected — and if you have sat the official test, your real score. Scoring complaints with real numbers attached are how the engine gets better.
Deleting your data
Email admin@testlumo.com from the address you signed up with and we will delete your account and everything attached to it — attempts, responses, and feedback. See the privacy policy for what we store.
What we cannot help with
Anything to do with your official Duolingo English Test — booking, results, certification, withheld scores. We are an independent practice platform with no access to Duolingo's systems. Contact Duolingo directly for those.
